You choose the plan from the Subscription page of the panel. Online payment of the subscription is coming soon: today activation goes through support. If you do not choose a plan, the website is suspended and your data stays available for 30 days.
Yes, at any time from the panel. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply from the next renewal.
Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is applied on the invoice according to the applicable rules.
