Guests pick dates and accommodation on your website and see the price summary (nights, weekend rates, extra guests, cleaning, tourist tax and offers) before sending the request. sweethost.it takes no commission on bookings.

Planning and rates
The planning view shows every accommodation over several weeks; for each one availability, nightly and weekend rates, minimum nights and the cleaning fee. Two bookings on the same nights are rejected.

iCal sync
For each accommodation you import the iCal calendars of Booking.com, Airbnb and other channels and export the sweethost.it one: nights taken elsewhere are blocked and overlaps show up in the planning as conflicts. iCal syncs dates only.

The CIN code appears on every page of the website; from the check-in data the panel generates the guest register file and flags missing data. Uploading it to the Alloggiati Web portal, with your credentials, stays with you.
