Home page, rooms with photos and amenities (breakfast, private bathroom, Wi-Fi), offers, local events, contacts and map, in Italian and English. The CIN code is shown on every page.
Rooms always up to date
Each room has its own availability, nightly and weekend rates, minimum nights and cleaning fee. With the iCal calendars of Booking.com and Airbnb, nights sold elsewhere are blocked on your website too.
Fewer repeated questions
Check-in times, Wi-Fi, breakfast and house rules in the Welcome Book: guests find them on the website before they arrive.
Paperwork in order
From the check-in data the panel prepares the Alloggiati Web file and calculates the tourist tax with your municipality’s rules. Submitting to the official portals remains up to you.

Frequently asked questions
How many rooms can I manage?
Starter covers 1 accommodation, Professional up to 3, Business up to 10; beyond that, Enterprise on quote. Each room is an accommodation with its own calendar and rates.
Do guests need to sign up to book?
No. They book on the website with name, e-mail and phone; to find their bookings in the guest area they receive a sign-in link by e-mail.
